The Girls On The Beach
This is probably one of our more
eclectic songs. Originally written as a Beach Boys style surf song, it
inevitably reached hyper- speed when introduced to the band and took on a life of it's own.
It's about the fine art of contemplating
sand in your naval after you've been married too long.

THE GIRLS ON THE BEACH
Well the girls on the beach
are inviting and pleasing
I wonder a lot
who it is that they're teasing
But I know the show
is not for me because
married men shouldn't stare
at the girls on the beach
With skin so fine
and their bodies sublime
and smiles so bright
that I wish they were mine
They look so tempting,
every one
There's no better place to be
under the sun
They look so tempting,
every one
There's no better place to be
under the sun
Well the girls on the beach
are inviting and pleasing
I wonder a lot
who it is that they're teasing
But I know the show
is not for me because
married men shouldn't stare
at the girls on the beach
